These quick sessions will help you take a moment for yourself twice per week, to get in touch with your body and breathing, and better cope with stress. These sessions will help you slow down, improve sleep, decrease stress, and increase focus. They are excellent for those struggling with chronic pain, anxiety and/or depression, and are truly a kindness to yourself.
Product Details:
Includes live facilitated breathing on Mondays and Thursday evenings at 9:00pm (Newfoundland Standard Time).
Sessions are recorded for those who cannot attend live, and will be available for five days following each session.
This option registers you for this course for one year at a time (2024). Payment will be deducted one time upon registration from the card you provide.
