For just $25/month, our twice-weekly sessions will help you take a moment for yourself, get in touch with your body and breathing, and better cope with stress. Our experts use proven therapeutic tactics and breathing techniques that will help you cope with what life throws at you.

Join Soraya Carrim, M.Ed, CCC, every Sunday and Thursday at 9pm (or watch the recording when you have time) to build the skills that will help you decrease stress, increase focus, and improve sleep.

The ever-changing realities of COVID-19, the news cycle, and the events of the past couple of years have made it hard to cope.  

The exhaustion is palpable, isn’t it?

We are all struggling.

Our programs can provide the support you’ve been looking for.

  • This is not group therapy. Our sessions are live and interactive but, your comments and questions will be directed only to Soraya.

  • We won’t just be talking about theory. Soraya will provide honest solutions to real-life problems. Pairing breathing techniques with topical conversations, you will learn how to implement techniques into your life week-by-week.

  • Many of us don’t have robust health coverage. Many more don’t have a lot of time to commit to wellness. Our courses ask you for only a few minutes to an hour a week, and use your time wisely to build support and quick successes to help you cope. All you need to do is log in. Need to miss it? No problem. You’ll also get a link to view the session when you have time.

  • When was the last time you paid attention to you? Are you holding tension in your body right now? You can learn to lighten your load by taking in engaging, relaxed weekly sessions, and take those learnings forward into your day-to-day life.
